How has the average Internet connection speed in the USA and worldwide progressed over the last 20-15 years? Has average bandwidth increased at an accelerated rate? Graphs or statistics please.|||I'd say moving from slow modem/dial-up days to DSL and Broadband + wireless internet speed would be a progression.|||If you go to the site in my sources it will take you to a government site, run by the FCC, which details with graphs, the history of the progression of bandwith and connection speeds.|||well certainly has increased in last many years, as there are many companies that are providign high speed internet connections now day that includes, cable vision, rogers and many others and there charges are reasonable to that makes sense
