What is the average price per acre in Alaska and average taxes?

I'm looking to move to Alaska for retirement. I want somewhere I can live off the land with lower taxes, no utilities access is needed. I would prefer it to be within an hour to town. Just looking to get an idea of the price per acre and the average yearly taxes.|||There is NO average price of an acre, it will depend on the access, the view, the cost to bring utilites to the site, location, the cost of a well, the list goes on and on.
