What is the average cost of an apartment?|||a house can be about 鈧?10,000 for a standard one in a low area in dublin
up to 750,000 in the most expensive area with big gardens and big rooms!
rent on apartments would be around 鈧?000 - 1500 per month
but i can't be sure anymore as the ecomomic collapse has these prices crashing? those were the figures last time i checked!|||It depends on where you want to live and what sort of property you require. Dublin has knocked the law of averages in house prices on the head. My house cost 130,000 Euro in 2001, I live in rural Limerick, and have a bungalow on a half-acre site. In Dublin in 2001, that would have been over half a million.
Not sure now how house prices are doing, but I think that anyone in Dublin who bought recently is not a happy camper, as there is talk of negative equity in the air. |||try: www.daft.ie
