What is the average amount of time between an appeal and issue of decision at the federal circuit court level?

What is the average amount of time between the filing of an appeal and the issuance of a decision/opinion at the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals level? What is this average for the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, specifically?|||The backlog of the circuits varies tremendously, and a multi-month delay is very common. The 2nd Circuit is a bit unusual in that its judges usually reach their decisions immediately after oral arguments on a case. However, it may still be quite some time until the decision is written and released.
